The AGM is held once a year at the Stoneygate Baptist Church often welcoming a guest speaker.

The LDA may run Awareness and Information evenings at various venues around the county, to link with the County Road Shows.

Members and other interested people will be notified, and the meeting will be advertised in the local media and on the LDA website.
